Dr. Walter Juda,
Chairman, Chief Scientist & Director
Dr. Walter Juda, is a highly respected inventor,
entrepreneur, and electrochemist. Prior to founding Hy9
Corporation, Dr. Juda was the Founder and SVP at Ionics,
Inc., a former NYSE–listed company that provides
technology solutions for water purification and
wastewater treatment that was sold to GE in 2004 for
$1.1 billion. Dr. Juda founded and served as President
of Prototech Company, a leading developer and producer
of environmental catalysts for air pollution control,
now a division of Süd Chemie AG. Another affiliation
with Dr. Juda is E-TEK, Inc., a Prototech spin-off and a
leading manufacturer of catalysts, gas diffusion layers,
gas diffusion electrodes, and membrane electrode
assemblies for PEM fuel cells of all types, sizes and
temperature ranges, now owned by DeNora and PEMEAS). Dr.
Juda earned his B.A. in Industrial Chemistry, University
of Lyons, Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, University of
Lyons, and M.A., Chemistry, Harvard University.
Donald S. Bradshaw, Jr. (Brad),
CEO
20 years experience creating and growing successful
technology-based enterprises in energy and
telecommunications
Provided growth strategies to energy companies globally
with Arthur D. Little and was a senior marketing &
business development executive with Honeywell
Corporation. Mr. Bradshaw received his BA from Dartmouth
College with a major in engineering, and has an MBA in
Finance from Babson College.
Dr. Charles W. Krueger, Vice President
of Research and Product Development
His R&D efforts at Hy9 have resulted in 8 issued patents
and several others in development with the U.S. Patent
Office, a number of other inventions, and valuable
know-how. Dr. Krueger earned his B.S. in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and he
received his M.S., (CEP) and Ph.D. (ChE) from M.I.T.
R. Todd Bombard, Vice President of
Operations
Project Manager for project start-up and
commercialization of gas diffusion electrodes and
industrial electrochemical processes for E-TEK, Inc.
Member of R&D group, developing fuel cells, electrolytic
gas generators, electrochemical sensors and related
products for Giner, Inc. Todd earned B.S., Chemical
Engineering, Northeastern University.
Chris Kellogg, Director of
Sales
Business development segment manager for Digital
Equipment Corp., Technical OEM unit; VP Sales
& Marketing, Iconics Corp., SCADA control software
and
OEM
marketing manager, Cognex Corporation, vision
systems. Chris earned his B.S. Degree in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Idaho
